Can you explain "Night alarm clock" once again? I read it multiple times but still don't get how it works

I believe he meant that you should set an alarm at night like at 11 pm or so just so it reminds you that you should finish what you're doing and sleep to prevent time from running by and you staying up late till like 3 am because staying up late will lead you to not wake up early next morning to achieve your goals and now your sleep schedule is ruined and even if you do you wake up really tired so just set an alarm to remind you to get enough sleep 7 hours minimum, have a good day pumpkin❤

I have such a bad procrastination problem that it's taken me 5 whole days to come around to reading this. All or nothing thinking has me working either too hard or not at all to achieve what I need to achieve. But, these tips were definitely helpful, and I will be incorporating them into my life as I hopefully learn to create a balance in my school life. Thanks man, you rock‼️

Hello i would like to get your advice in something please. I use social media to learn about a lot of things. So when i use it is like a information dump. I wanna know the best way to use social media in an effective way , instead of it becoming a overwhelming and becoming a distraction.
