I have a horrible procrastination problem, even with things I say I want to do 😅 but these are really great. Definitely going to apply in my life this week and on!!
I believe he meant that you should set an alarm at night like at 11 pm or so just so it reminds you that you should finish what you're doing and sleep to prevent time from running by and you staying up late till like 3 am because staying up late will lead you to not wake up early next morning to achieve your goals and now your sleep schedule is ruined and even if you do you wake up really tired so just set an alarm to remind you to get enough sleep 7 hours minimum, have a good day pumpkin❤

All or nothing thinking has me working either too hard or not at all to achieve what I need to achieve. But, these tips were definitely helpful, and I will be incorporating them into my life as I hopefully learn to create a balance in my school life. Thanks man, you rock‼️

Never heard of the 5-minute-rule before! I will definitely use it from now on a have a great feeling about it because procrastinating is my Weak spot
